Eldo couches very bad service ever.

I was traveling from durban to pretoria on the 10th which is yesterday. I booked for 21h00 ,i got to the station and they tell us the bus is delayed but not specifying how long.we waited until 23h00 in the cold and nobody is apologizing the employees also don't know when the bus will arrive.when it finally arrived.we ask the drive to close the zircon and open a heater because it was freezing cold.he refused .we traveled in a fridge.when we get to jhb we were told that the manager is coming to give a go ahead to pretoria which was an hour wait but the manager did not come.we were asked to exit the bus and wait outside in a cold again only to be told myb after 30 minutes to go back to the same bus.people were rushing to work but we cold not make it since we arrived at 11h00.i was very frustrated to a point that i forgot my toiletry bag in a bus.so now it is a mishin to get it back because no one is willing to help.when i call the customer services they say they don't have it i must go to pretoria to check.they can't call the pretoria station to check is they have it .when i try to call the numbers are not going through,emails are not working,whatapp no response . what a waste of time and money .they dont care about their clients at all.maybe they must just close this business .
