ELDO COUCHES - The Most Pathetic Bus Company in SA.

This is the most pathetic bus company in the world !!!!

I would like to lodge a FORMAL complaint regarding your pathetic service. My Daughter boarded one of your buses in Bellville, Cape Town last night - Bus B780 - reg: HJ44XSGP at 19:30. this bus was found to have NO AIR CONDITIONING, resulting in ALL your passengers having to suffer a 19 to 20 hours trip ! There is NO ventilation and she has been struggling to breathe for the duration of this trip The bus driver is rude and shows absolutely no consideration for PAYING CUSTOMERS !!!!! My Daughter is subjected to heat on this bus, i was told that she would be transferred to another bus and this never ever happened.

At 12:20 the same bus has to stop due to a flat tyre, which means a further delay.

Having said the above i would like to understand what is going to be to firstly rectify your pathetic service, and staff attitude? The condition of your bus being so PATHETIC and which i would consider NOT roadworthy? How will Eldo Coaches compensate all its passengers for having to endure the worst trip from Cape town to JHB? i will NEVER EVER recommend your services to anybody, EVER !!!!!!
