Eldo couches

I booked a bus ticket online from kathu to joburg for 23 January 10h50 ...Ab9ge1 ...bus did not show up i called the call centre they said the was no bus for that time i should catch the evening bus around 9pm n i realised i could not catch it cis it was arriving to joburg early hours of the morning ... I was greately inconvenienced as there is no alternative means of transportation and unfortunately i could not be refunded...
