Eldo Coach's poor services

I had very bad experience. We booked a ticket, the bus was supposed to pick up at 02:00 in Middelburg EC. The bus never arrived I had to make calls as to find out what is going on. There were no communication from the company not even an apology for the delay. The bus picked us up at 10:00 that morning. It was not even the bus that I booked but another bus Greyhound.
