Eldo coaches....terrible service!!!!
Im highly upset with Eldo coaches, not only was your bus an hour late to pick us up, we were further delayed for am hour in George as there was a problem with your EFT system to fuel your bus. We then only had one refreshment stop at 11pm last night for ten minutes for a 19hour bus ride!!!!! None of us can use the toilet as its digusting my daughter is bursting for the toilet and we have nothing to drink as there should be more stops! We asked your driver when is the next stop and he shouted at us saying no breaks! I am horrified you people made us endure this we should have stuck with Greyhound far better service! Called customer care and still waiting for her to call me back to
