You don't deserve a star. Why do people book tickets when they get to the bus they are told there is no place. They treat the elderly poorly. Am disgusted with your services you should be ashamed. You don't even bother to reply to people who complain which just shows how much you care about repeat business. Do not even think of buying a ticket really not worth it
