ELDO COACHES WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service/experience ever. I have booked 2 tickets from JHB to DBN for the 15th December 2022 departure 19:55pm arrival 04:15am . We arrived at Park Station at 19:15 where we were told that there was a delay with the buses and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. That being said we waited and waited and at 23:00 there were still no buses . We eventually left the station as it was getting very late and it was not safe for us to be standing for hours. Ever since then I have being trying to reach their head office with no luck at all , Their call center keeps me on the que forever and ever no answer at all I get to position 1 then have to reselect the department I am looking for which is accounts and then the position count starts again. (PLEASE WAIT TO BE CONNECTED) that's all I hear. I really need assistance here , can someone help or advise on a way forward
