Eldo Coaches - Worst experience ever

Positives : There are some until you read negative reviews , none left I’m writing this at 12:21 am on the couch service from Capetwon,, Music was at top volume until 12am ithey switched it off at 12am, it’s now 12am21 and i’ have swoon again from the heat, my legs are scorching ... my drink water so hot i am unable to drink it, bus is so full and seats so uncomfortable you can’t move seats are change places. Fellow passenger behind me restrict me from reclining my seat. I have tried to log a complain on Eldo’s website ; feedback unable to send mssg, please try another medium. To wrap up my experience, your service is so poor, if there is any other bus at the following stop, I will pay their fee in full just to take me to my destination and you will never see me again even if you are the last bus i’ll still use a push bike instead
