Eldo Coaches- Worst Bus Service Ever!

How is this bus service still running? In the past they were professional and 1 of the best. Absolutely terrible service. A 7.5 trip...almost 12 hours long. Delays and no explaination or apologies. A useless call center that does not answer their phones. A cell number on their websites and even their coaches and no reply or answer.

Very disappointed and I would not recommend this bus service to anybody.
