Eldo coaches worst bus service and call center

To say I m disappointed would be and understatement, I booked my bus with eldo coaches yesterday on the 13"by park station Johannesburg, I ws scheduled to travel on the 14 I wasn't able to had due to load shedding and robots on the way that were not working I called asking to reschedule I was told I have forteited it I need to purchase another one, honestly if that's how eldo makes their salry off out hard worked money its disappointing, would not recommend any one no even to do business with you guys, I had to have a a call center agent who was screaming on the other side of the phone like really ho do you train your workers honestly, what a waste of recommendation from someone who thought you guys kos about customer service, only to find out issa lie
