<p>I am a very unhappy client that was assisted by a lady named faith on the 22 july 2017.she booked the ticket for my relative and never explained to me that the price is subject to change.we went to ennerdale pep stores on the 23 july 2017 and was told that the reference is invalid and we should go pay at lenasia.when we got here the ticket was r400 but when I booked the ticket was R300...this is the worse service ‎...why were we never told that the price will change...and on top of that the surname was spelled incorrectly after it was spelled to her..i will not rest I will go to the media with this</p>
