Eldo coaches unpleasant trip

Friday night 7pm travelling to Durban. Busses were late, only left at past 9 we were mixed with people who had to leave at 8 instead of being prioritized as the 7pm passengers. Now this I am about to say is the reason why I decided to write on this platform. So Eldo coaches busses started coming in, since everyone now was mixed up from their departure time, (even 10pm passengers) were running to get on a bus. Anyway people got on the 2 busses available, we were then halted for a while. They then asked for the first 50 in the line to come with one of the marshals, We were put in a bus that doesnt belong to Eldo coaches, it read "Champagne" something something. Now my problem was the seating of the bus. That bus was for short trips like a bus to commute to work, the seats were so uncomfortable and not suitable for a long trip. Had a very unpleasant trip down to Durban. I would recommend that whenever you tried to be rushed into these types of busses to refuse, so they can stop this. They should always have proper busses to carry us on long trips.
