Eldo coaches ********* practices

We booked a bus ticket from DJohannesburg to Durbanz departing 9.25pm at Southgate busstop

At 9.30 they informed us that they were running late an suggest we go and wait at Park Statio as bus will arrive at 10pm

We went to Park Station bus never arrived

We waited in the freezing cold with call centre lying to us that bus is on the way but nothing came

After several attempts we discovered that Eldo coaches overbooks customers even though they dont have capacity as they will be hiring or subcontracting overflow passengers to other providers

After waiting in the cold for several hours in the cold bus arrived at 5am the following day

This is ********* torture for innocent passengers in the name of profits
