Eldo coaches uncaring drivers ****** experienced

Had an awful humiliating experience at eldo coaches am a frequent user and was very upset as this never occurred before

I am Sharon Salih alias Reema on fb took bus from Durban on 22 December the 8pm bus, ist bus was full and was put in second Beside it being so small and Conjusted driver was very rude speaking unfriendly way to passengers and shouted at my husband who was just drinking water to put his mask on thou the driver had his off

He then reserved front seat for his girlfriend and kicked people out of it

The worse occurs in Joburg he told all Pretoria people to get out of bus and go into the other bus the 1st bus which left Durban

We entered the bus the other driver was so rude and spoke in zulu and said its not his business to find me a seat and I must ask the other eldo driver why he just dumped us here

Gw started cursing at me and the passengers majority black were laughing I am an Indian but am a professional nurse and even if I was not I think respect is important and customer care is imperative, a lady told me to shut up and I did Nt even knw who it was my husband and I were standing most of the way to Pretoria and dto er never even switch light on to seat us and tell the customers who occupied 2 seats as they were sleeping on it to get up he just shut me up
