ELDO COACHES TRIP REFUND

good day

I booked a bus (Eldo Coaches) first week of December from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg, then on the 18th of December 2018 I cancelled the bus due to the fact that I had bought a car and I was told that I the refund will be done within 14 days. it has been a month and I have not yeet received anything. when I call the office I am told that the supervisor will call us and so forth today they sent an sms saying that I will not get a refund because my application is incomplete. and they gave me a number to call which is ********** 367 when I call this number it rings and then someone drops the call without taking to me. Reference number is AANRTW01 & AANRTW02
