Eldo coaches travel inconvenience

Someone please advise of the way forward, A ticket for 9pm was bought but your bus left at 7pm leaving behind my brother causing enormous inconvenience which led to him not being able to go to work..... So please shed some light on who should pay or rather compensate him for the inconvenience you people caused of being a disorganized transportation service.
