Eldo Coaches! They take your money without any service!

I am disappointed, but this is not the first but the very last time I ever use Eldo Coaches. Always late from Midrand pick up point. Has left me stranded at JHB park station when my ticket read Midrand. This time I was only a few minutes late. Provided I had made a call and stayed on hold for nearly an hour to advise that I’m running a few minutes late, from Durban. I was told they can’t reschedule or refund me. Basically my money went down the drain. Even after pleading with their consultants on their phones from the call centre. I was given an email address to send a mail to. I have still not received any feedback. So basically Eldo Coaches, believes they can take your money even without any service! Here I was once again stranded with my child and not enough money to book for another ticket! I will never use Eldo Coaches again. Nor, will I ever recommend it, even though I had been putting up with their mistakes for the past 10years!
