ELDO Coaches. Terrible service

Worst trip ever. The bus was 2 hrs and 30 min later. I was travelling from Durban to East London for a funeral. The bus was suppose to arrive at 1:40am on 26/05/2023, however we arrived at 4:45am. This is UNACCEPTABLE & DISGUSTING. I have been using the company but after this experience, I will spend my money elsewhere. Not even one member of the company caerd to apaologise.
