What is going on with the 2 busses that is now stuck in mooiriver from dbn-jhb!!!!! Since this morning???? You send a second bus for the first bus replacement and that bus is also stuck!!!

I made this booking for my staff member and your driver is unable to give her luggage so she can find alternate transport, please give her luggage so she can find other transport. This is NOT right!!!
