Eldo Coaches refuses rescheduling!

Worst experience ever! I have prior taken other busses and decided to use Eldo coaches this time around.

I bought 2 tickets for R680 01 Feb 2022 and due to a emergency ,started calling about an hour before departure time (of which you are advised to do if you find yourself in a similar situation.)Not one person answered the phone.I kept on calling until I realised its all in vain. I contacted the Head Office this morning to reschedule again and was told that Head office is full of nonsense and will not refund me. I do not care about how Head Office may feel about their own incompetency but I do care that I will have to pop up the same amount ,for the same trip a day apart.

The fact remains I called in due time and am now being inconvenienced because Im indirectly being told that "we cannot reschedule you because we cannot answer our phones when customers need our assistance".

This is completely unacceptable and I will not stop making noise until someone gives me a refund.
