Eldo Coaches putting clients at high risk!!!

Eldo Coaches worst customer service ever. Bought ticket for bus leaving on the 10th of August 2021 at 14:30 leaving from East London Windmill station to arrive at Johannesburg on 11th of August 2021 at 06:50. The bus had problems with brakes and had to return to Windmill station. The bus did not leave and people were left stranded at the station the whole night. No apology or communication with way forward or refunds. Called the office many times, sent multiple emails and send online enquiry till today 16 August 2021, no response and communication. I also have proof of ticket and vidoes and pictures of bus back at the station and people left stranded. I want my refund from Eldo coaches and an apology. We are tired of this company taking peoples money but treating them unfairly!!!!!
