ELDO COACHES-probably THE WORST bus service company IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE!!!!!!

FOR YOUR OWN GOOD,DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING ELDO COACHES BUS SERVICES.YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I wish I had an option to give them a -5 because really that's what they deserve. Their service is ridiculously,embarrasingly terrible. I am utterly disgusted.I think the business is just there to collect money from people and frustrate them. The events from yesterday 02 May 2021 tells me these people don't even care to maintain their fleet, they don't care to provide professional services at all or the safety of their customers. This is what happened:

1.The 9am bust left after 11am because apparently the bus they were supposed to use had a broken door. 2.The 11 am commuters let just before 1pm because we were just standing there waiting for busses frustrated. 3.As if that was the end,21h00 I receive a call from the person I had accompanied, the bus is stuck in the middle of nowhere with a burst pipe.They had to wait an hour they were told, for a mechanic coming from who knows where. By 23h00 that bus was still stuck.Mind you these commuters were supposed to have reached their destination under normal circumstances at 16h55 but 23h00 they still stuck in a bus in the middle on nowhere in this dangerous time of COVID.

Luckily the person I accompanied had the means to book taxify and book a guesthouse just to sleep for the night,so imagine those who cannot afford that? Even he himself could not but had no choice. There were old women there, Women with babies on their backs and to have to let them go through this??

In this COVID-19 Pandemic you allow your busses full of people to be stuck in the middle of nowhere???Really??Do you have any regard to regulations etc.?

All I have to say to ELDO COACHES is that you guys should take your business serious and take your customers serious. Your service is disgustingly ridiculous. Words cannot even begin to describe. Your should hang your heads in shame. I looked at reviews for your company after I came back from park station and I wish I did that before we booked the bus.2 years ago people were complaining about the same thing and to date you have made no effort whatsoever to improve your service. It has literally gone from bad to worse.Come on guys!!!

WHAT I know is that THIS WAS THE 1ST AND THE LAST TIME. I DONT EVEN WANNA HEAR YOUR NAME!!!! We are traumatized and I think we will be for a while.
