ELDO COACHES POOR SERVICE TOBTHEIR CLIENTS AND TERRIBLE BUSS QUALITY.

This people are terrible, uncultured and think they dealing with idiots or fools. Ive vern stuckbin tbe buss at the eldo caoches office and around in PE for longer then 6 hours today. This buss was supposed to leave at 6 I was at the buss office by 5 and its now already 11:26 PM and still we stucknin tbe buss. We are being refused refunds of our ticket money and yet there is no talk of any replacement bus. Please please i urge people to never ever trust this company and what they advertise. They are extremely unreliable and their busses proves clearly not to be up to standard. I spoke to only one manager vthis far named Enoch who dropped the phone on me and the drivers are affraidcto give feedback or info showing clearly that they also not trained properly on customer service and how to manage customer expectations in situations as these. Cleary Eldo Caoches feel they transporting Animals and not People. So please People do not support companies that does not livevupvtobtheir promises.
