Eldo coaches poor service

Terrible Terrible service. I booked and paid for bus from cape Town to johannesburg for 11 Aug departure time 18:30. We had to take umtata bus to be dropped in Bellville cause bus is waiting for us in Bellville. That is what they said. The same bus had to return to cape town. The next bus from cape Town arrived in Bellville shortly after 9. We actually left Bellville on route to Jhb 21: 25. Just before then I was sent from one bus to another by eldo staff. Feeling extremely anxious that I will be placed in the right bus. Flip never again. I wonder whether eldo coach owner know how they are operating. And or just happy to coin it. Karen
