Eldo coaches poor service!

My name is Yonela Joji and I book Eldo coaches for my trip from East London at 17:20 on the 15 September 2021 to Cape Town 9:30 16 September 2021. I planned this trip on advance knowing very well that this is the only time I'll be able travel to Cape Town for academic purposes. I have an exam tomorrow on the 16th of September 2021 and I don't see myself writing because of this poor service. The bus is 4 hours late. They only notified us passengers after 2 hours through a lousy sms that the bus is delayed. The staff members addressed us after the messages were sent. I demand a refund, this is unacceptable!
