Eldo Coaches please give me my money back!!!

I've written to Eldo Coaches many times to no avail, that's why I'm here and disgruntled. I purchased my ticket during the first lockdown when the President gave the nation 1 week grace period to travel between provinces. My bus was booked for 11am and you changed it to 8am last minute. I could not make it for obvious reasons and opted for a refund as this was not my fault but yours. I was scheduled to attend an interview in Joburg. I have no family or business in Jo burg and will not be going there for a very very long time. You ten told me that I can't get my money back but can use my ticket any time. This is grossly unfair because I may very likely never have to travel to Joburg for years to come. My church family and friends donated that money and you are just going to keep it because you can. Why must I write to you again and why must I be forced to travel when I can't and don't need or want to. I could have taken another bus, yours was not the only bus available but I took it because I needed to travel at 11am and not 8am. I had schedule. You guys lack integrity. I want my money please, it's that simple
