Eldo Coaches Pathetic Service

From the experience i have had with Eldo Coaches i believe there is no care for the customer in the way they have handle the incident recently experienced whilst travelling to East London

My son and I took a bus from Park Station to East London Windmill on Friday the 19th. The bus started having issues with its Engen that stated to leaking water. By the time we got to Sutterheim the bus lost power and when the driver tried to refill with water it gushed out at the bottom and the bus could not continue. This meant that a mechanic was going to be requested to service a broken bus which meant that i was going to miss the exam due at 08h00.

When raise a complaint with the bus services i spoke to Khomisani Mkwinika who told me that nothing would be done and my complain was not valid. There is no after sale service or any regard for its customer once they have the money in the bag. How Pathetic?
