Eldo coaches only care about money, the driver literally told us that the owner of the bus does not care and so why should he

Heavily pregnant, in pain, stuck for more than 3hours with a bus @ mentros N3 shell ultra with a rude driver. Eldo coaches is ignoring us. We havr been phoning them because they failed to update us, or tell us the way forward but they only answered @first, after hearing our complaint they hang up on us and now they are not answering @all. Even their WhatsApp has no response, only an automated reply saying a machenic from macedez Benz is on the way but nothing 😭😭😭😭😭i regret ever considering this bus, i feel like im about to give birth even, the pain is unbearable and i don't even know how im gonna make it to my destination because im not fami**** with Durban
