Eldo coaches non refundable travel tickets

I booked a ticket 29th of January for the 31st. The next day I had any emergency and I tried calling them to postpone or cancel my trip their phones were not going through. I sent a whatsapp to their listed whatsapp number. A consultant responded a day later. When I told them what I required. The consultant requested how he could help. The moment I explained, he left the chats. I tried contacting them telephonically again and I was transfered to someone to help and got cut off. I then contacted the agency that I booked the ticket with and confirmed that everyone has been complaining about the same issue that Eldo coaches phone number is never accessible. This is so unfair. They should give access to their booking agencies to trip rescheduling as mich6as they hide them access to processing bookings for them. Right now it means once you have paid you are *****ed up. This is an absolute day light *******. They cannot be running business like that.
