Eldo coaches no show!

Booked a ticket for a bus from Riversdale to Cape Town on 2nd January 14h15, but the bus never arrived at Riversdale. All calls to the number met with a busy signal. I want a refund! Eldo coaches are a NO SHOW and Busbud who handled the booking are not much better!
