Eldo Coaches nearly got my sister killed - unreliable service.

I'm very mad, Eldo Coaches transportation service is unreliable & very inhumane, my sister booked an Eldo Coaches bus yesterday from Mount Frere to Johannesburg, the bus was supposed to arrive at 20:00 PM but it never arrived at all, even after being contacted, instead they kept promising nothing but nonsense.

My sister nearly got killed last night, she was ****** & stabbed while waiting for an Eldo Coaches bus that never arrived, she slept outside nearby a shopping center while waiting for their stupid bus & got attacked, they stole some of her belongings which includes her cellphone & they stabbed her 4 holes while trying to fight for her life.

This company's service is very poor & useless, it needs to be banned from operating, it's useless & careless, I really don't understand how they can risk people's lives like that, while they know know that they don't have a proper bus station in Mount Frere for waiting for any of their booked buses, they need to refund my sister's bus ticket money & also pay for her medical bills, I will open a case about this matter, if it's not being resolved & I'm will to take further steps to get this company banned from operating because it's not good with transporting people, if anyone has been through the same situation, please let's work together in getting this company banned from operating in any transportation services.
