ELDO COACHES MUST BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

********** ********** service, this is the third time I’ve been on this bus and each time the service gets worse. If it’s not the bus arriving late, it’s the exchange from Greyhound to Eldo at Parkstation or Cape Town CBD. The drivers are clueless and simply lack basic customer service skills. This time has been worse, I booked a bus going to Cape Town from Pretoria at 17h00, a Greyhound bus took us from Pretoria Station at 17h45 and offloaded us at ParkStation. We got off and asked for the Eldo Bus going to CPT the driver simply told us to wait and he does not know anything and we should go ask in the offices. The lady there told us that the bus has been delayed and we should wait, 3 hours later and there’s no sign of the bus. This bus service should be shut down , their set is utterly disgusting and they cannot communicate with their passengers all they’ve done is send us lousy SMSs that the bus has been delayed 2 hours later. The ladies at their service desks don’t even let the customers know what is going we have to go to the help desk to find out what’s happening, they don’t even apologise. This service is disgusting, horrible and unacceptable.
