Eldo Coaches Made me loose my interview

I have never been so heartbroken and disappointed in my life, Eldo Coaches broke me. I was supposed to take a bus at Steady's Garage in Mount Frere today 27 October at 21h30 to a job interview in Port Elizabeth. I arrived at the station at 21h15 waited until it was 21h55 when I saw Eldo Coach passing the garage. I immediately called their offices and asked if was there another bus coming because the one I just saw did not stop. They said they will get back to me in a sec. In a few minutes got back to me and told the driver of the bus had stopped at the garage I was in but it didn't stop. We had a long argument with a caller who was very rude and harsh. We reached a conclusion after a long call, asked him if the bus could wait for me in the next town, Qumbu which is 40kms from where I am. The caller said he will call me back I must wait. Within 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to call him all by myself again and ask if I should follow the bus to Qumbu. He rep**** yes the bus will wait. Filled up petrol and rushed, when I was halfway to Qumbu 20kms away they called to say the bus will not wait anymore. I asked how do we solve this because tomorrow I have to be in PE in an interview, they told me to rather go to Mthatha the bus will only wait there. Mthatha is 120kms from where I am, there was no way I could drive to Mthatha and when halfway they tell me not to go anymore just like they did with Qumbu. So I ask the person in their office if they could maybe refund me because I am left with no money, I had to fill up petrol for a car to drop me in Qumbu. The caller kept emphasising that the bus stopped, I told him I could ask for the cameras at the garage and see if the bus stopped. He was very rude. Anyhow I only wanted the money now to make means to leave home with risky hikes very early in the morning so I can make time for my interview in PE. He said I could only collect my refund in their office in Mthatha tomorrow which is 120kms to get there. My question to them was how do I get to Mthatha with no money left now. They told me that's the only option they have. As I write this here, I am in tears because I am going to miss a job opportunity, I have lost my money with Eldo because unfortunately I cannot spend another money to fetch the refund in another town. This bus was late, yet did not make a stop at the garage. If I could sue them I would because I know for a fact the garage can check on their cameras. The guy I spoke to on the phone by the name of Vianna treated me like a peace of *******.
