Eldo coaches it's rediculous

Hi I bought 3 return tickets from jhb to Durban depature was suppose to be 9:30am hmm the bus arrived 11:55am they sent us messages at 9:30am honestly their service sucks and the ladies who works at their offices are rude especially Durban Station yhooo worse coming back same nonsense we are waiting since 10:15am it's 11:43am still waiting. Please my fellow citizens don't use ELDO COACHES THIS BUS COMPANY IT'S SH**T
