Eldo Coaches is the worst

I booked a bus at Eldo that leaves at 20:45 on 7/07/2019 from Queenstown to Johannesburg. As I type this message the time is 22:10 and we are still in Queenstown. Yes the bus has arrived but, the drivers are rude, they are not apologetic about making us wait for over an hour, and we had to stand outside the bus for 20 minutes in the cold because they are trying to make a plan for other Passengers because there are not enough seats on the bus for all of us, and I am wondering why is that because I believe, Eldo doesn't overbook buses; or do they? Anyway I'm just sharing my first and last experience on this coach. Did I mention the stinking attitude of the drivers? I suggest you take them to some customer service training. And your driver is over speeding because he is runnin late, it's our lives he is gambling with. The bus number is B750 and plate number HJ44WR GP
