Eldo Coaches is so Pathetic

Eldo Coaches is so Pathetic and Annoying. We have been waiting from 21h30 till now. Bus from Port elizabeth to Cape Town. They have no office we are waiting outside in BP garage we are cold are hell. Plz I need my refund.
