Eldo coaches is Sh#t!

I've only had the worst experience with Eldo coaches in every single encounter I've had with them, but my recent experience takes the cup. I booked a 08H30am bus from DBN to JHB and I arrived in JHB at 08H00pm, a trip that was meant to take 8hr without any stops, just a one way trip. And it's all because one; there was a 1hr delay with the bus to arrive, which is not something new with them and two; there was a mechanical issue with the bus throughout the trip. To make matters worse the bus was reeking of urine smell coming from the toilet. The busses are horrible and poorly maintained. They aren't clean enough to seat paying passengers and it shows with the roaches that crawl in the bus!! It's **********!! They are definitely not seeing my face again, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
