Eldo Coaches is *******.

Horrible customer service !!!! Our bus was scheduled as follows... 7:00 leaves durban...15:00 arrive in Pretoria.... On October 4th on Friday 2019

I missed my connecting bus to limpopo on Friday October 4th with my girlfriend because our bus left Durban at 7 or itleast it was suppose to !! It left at 7:30 the driver was driving less than a 100kmh our bus was suppose to arrive in Pretoria at 3!!!! It got there at 5:15 and the driver was fighting me asking me if it's his fault he's also tired. This is the last time I use eldo absolutely *******. I'm going to hello Peter now to voice my terrible experience. This is the second time in a row that eldo coaches leaves late and arrives late. Intercape is always on time. I am appalled at this bus service. How can a bus arrive 2 hours and 15 mins late when there was no traffic . *** . ***
