ELDO COACHES IS INCOMPOTENT

Eldo coaches is utterly and appallingly ***********. I booked a bus for 16 15 today. I arrived 45 minutes early. I waited at the pickup station for over an hour. I called the call centre who told me that the bus had arrived at 3 55 and left at 3 59. I was there the whole time. The bus never showed up. I was told that since I missed the bus I had to pay for another ticket in full. I'm in a rish to jhb so I decided to book another one with intercape. 4 hours later a message comes in from eldo coaches telling me about a delay and that we should remain at our departure stops. At night as a female imagine!!! Eldo coaches does not care about our safety. The gal. I want my money back. After this I want nothing to do with eldo coaches. I advise anyone to STAY AWAY.
