Eldo coaches is failing us!!!

To say im disappointed in the service I received at Eldo would be an understatement. We were due to leave on Saturday the 17th from CPT to PTA at 13:00 however we left at 15:00. There was no communication whatsoever we had to guess that the bus would be delayed. At past 2 we got unprofessionally written text messages informing us about the delay. No explanation or reason was provided. After boarding the bus we were told the chargers don't work and we shouldn't ask why coz they (drivers) do not know why. The aircons weren't working we had to sit their in our own sweat for the entire trip. There was also no water in the sinks. When we arrived in JHB we were told to get out and a transfer would take us to our final destination. We got out and stood outside not knowing when the transfer will arrive. Finally it arrived and we got to PTA at 11am instead of 7am. I missed my transport which was going to take me to Mpumalanga, i had to sit in another taxi for another 2hrs before we finally left. If eldo had communicated with us we would have made other plans or use others modes of transportation to get to where we were going. I am livid at the experience I had and i will never use your services again and ill make sure everyone I know never uses your services ever.
