Zero rating! Eldo coach is a ****. I bought a ticket for my young brother to travel from Pretoria to Cape Town on Oct 25. He was made to wait for the bus the whole day in the company office at Bosman station. Each time a bus came in he was told to wait and that the bus had been delayed. This kept happening until they changed staff only to be told the bus is gone. They advised to contact call a center which never response. The WhatsApp contact does not work. It sounds unbelievable but it did happen. Now I have to buy a new ticket and it seems there is no way of getting a refund.
