Eldo coaches Horrible Service

I booked a ticket yesterday for this morning from Pretoria to Durban. The bus was supposed to depart from Pretoria at 09:30am which did not happen we were told at the station that the bus is delayed but they don't know for how long. The bus only arrived at the station at 11:44am. Getting into the bus were told that we're going via Johannesburg Park Station where we will be sorted accordingly and leave immediately however that did not happen there are no other Eldo buses and were still waiting. This is a horrible service I will NEVER EVER Eldo coaches again.
