Eldo Coaches has the worst service in the bus industry

Terrible service from Eldo Coaches, I will never book this bus again. All we’re getting is smses that there’s a delay, doesn’t say how long, no announcement from staff, can’t even tell us where the bus is. Sitting here with my grandfather, worst experience ever. So disheartening coz no one cares.
