Eldo coaches has the worst customer service

I am still very angry as on the 27 December at 11:55 ACXU8902 was the time scheduled for my parents bus to departure to Durban, when we got there at Bigbird they advised it is delayed and will arrive 13:20, we understood and waiting after that the bus came at 14:00 and took them to Park station where they were asked to get out as the bus has broken down and sat until 20:00 pm and arrived at Durban at 3:00 am. They are old people who were travelling with grandson and having to wait there was really bad and stressful. ON TOP OF THAT no one bother to apologies for the inconvenience and acted as if it was a free ride and we didn't even pay for those ticket.

I demand for a compensation for this ****py service and the experience they had to endure.
