Eldo coaches has lost me as a future customer

I am struggling to get a refund on the trip that I have cancelled. I was initially told it will take 7 to 21 working days to get the refund. A month later, I am told it could take anything between now and 3 months, or even longer as there is a backlog. A backlog they are failing to address as they are still sticking to paying back a few customers once in a week. I believe this is a the worst service you can give to a customer. It makes you question you sanity when one thinks of booking with Eldo Coaches again. I am not talking thousands of rands here, Im only talking about R450. Its either this company does not have money to pay back the people or they just dont want to.
