Eldo Coaches' Greyhound Bus Burns Out

Please do not get onto a Greyhound bus...we booked tickets for my son and a friend on the Greyhound bus for 26Nov. The bus was late by almost 3hours to start with and approximately 40km from Springs the bus started burning...luckily everybody got off in time,but they lost everything except their hand luggage...according to the boys the drivers ran away. To date after numerous phone calls and emails I have not received any responses...this was the second bus that burned out during November...😡😡😡
