Eldo coaches doesnt want to refund me my money as promised

I booked 2 tickets at the beginning of December, each costs R800 . I did the cancelation on the 19 of December then i was told it takes 7 to 21 days to get the refund, since then i haven't received anything, i've been told by the call center that they don't have my refund form. The lady who helped me when i was cancelling tge tickes is Cynthia, she works at their offices in Bosman station, pretoria.

I went to bosman station on Saturday to enquire whats happening and i was told they cant help me because its on Saturday but i should call in Monday and ask for Mrs Kunnamari who works at the finance department.

I called this morning and asked to be transferred to the lady, instead i was transferred to bosman station and the station transferred me somewhere where they didnt answer my call.

There is no direction and i need my money. Im supposed to get back R1500 for both tickets. The reference number for the tickets : AA9TMC01 and AA83B101.
