Eldo coaches doesn't give value for money

On 16th December me and my friend drove with a bus from Southgate to Park station in Johannesburg, when we arrived at the station, the bus driver said we have to get out and wait for a Greyhound bus to Port Elizabeth, we wait for 3 hours and there were no Greyhound bus, a few other people were with us, every time we went into the station to the office to ask about the bus, the answer was the same... "please wait, the bus will come" the bus never came into the station were everyone was waiting for it, the bus stopped outside park station and nobody told us about that. Eventually we found the bus outside and get on board, just to find out that the bus is broken, something was wrong with the garebox and they will stop at Bloemfontein to wait for someone to fix it, we wait for 4 hours and yes someone did came but he couldn't fix the bus, after that the bus drove through to Port Elizabeth with the broken garebox, we should have arrived at 07H00 the morning of 17th December, but we arrived at 15H00 that afternoon. Nobody apologise to the people in the bus. Everybody were tired and hungry because the bus driver didn't stop often so that we could buy food and cool things to drink, the bus also didn't stay on the high ways, but was driving other road's were there wasn't many places to stop for something to eat and drink. There were no communication!!!!!!
