Eldo coaches Customer complain

We booked the bus Eldo coaches and yet we got the VR bus and no one explained that to us as customers , I paid R870 for PE bus only to find that the service is very unprofessional. Driver is very rude and tell us to get out of the bus if we don’t wanna leave Reg number HLN 574 EC.
