Eldo Coaches- Customer care non-existence.

I used this bus service to go home to Durban from Johannesburg on the evening of 25 December 2021. My wife and I were booked to embark at 20:00 in Park Station. The bus was late, and with no communication from the service provider we eventually boarded at 22:00. The driver and his assistant didn't know the way out of the Joburg CBD. They had to be directed by passengers when their GPS failed to assist them. We had an accident at around 23:00 where a vehicle rear ended the coach we were traveling in. It took us 2 more hours to get another bus to continue the journey with. On arrival at Durban bus terminals ( 4 hours later than expected ) I dicovered that my suitcase was missing. This was on Sunday morning 26 December 2021 around 9 a.m when I reported this incident at their offices. We were promised to receive feedback later that day. From that day until now not a single person has contacted me with any findings on my missing luggage. The Eldo coaches customer care Whatsapp and email services are none existent. My emails have been ignored as well.

I would have appreciated some form of customer care from their side or at least some assurance that I'd be compensated for my loss. This company must be exposed for its incompetence.
